THE MIAMI DOLPHINS
April 27th 2008 21:43
As many of you man already know, the Miami Dolphins were horrible last year. Finishing with a horrendous 1 - 15 record (worst in the NFL) last year, the Dolphins are now in the rebuilding process. Which for fans , is a terrible place to be. With the number 1 over all pick the Dolphins selected offense tackle Jake Long. A very good pick if you are looking to protect your Quarterback and open up wholes for your running back. But exactly who are the dolphins trying to protect? Its sad to say but the Dolphins do not have anyone on their roster that is capable of leading their team anywhere. Most likely John Beck will be their starting signal caller. He is a 26 year old second year player out of Brigham young college. The Dolphins seem to like Beck and have faith in him being able to lead the team. It looks like Beck will be seeing some competition through out training camp though from the Miami Dolphins second round pick (number 57 overall) Chad Henne. Thats the update on last years worst team in the NFL and their rebuilding process. A monumental turn around and possible playoff run you ask? Absolutely not. But with Bill Parcells running the show...Maybe a couple years down the line.
